TSN was founded in 2026 with the support of senior orthopaedic and trauma surgeons from across Nepal, each recognised as a Founding, Honorary, or Lifetime Member in acknowledgement of decades of distinguished service to the field. Their collective experience, spanning clinical practice, academic leadership, and mentorship of generations of surgeons, provided the foundation on which the Society was established. TSN records its sincere gratitude to each of these individuals for lending their name, standing, and guidance to this new chapter in Nepal's trauma care community, and looks forward to continuing to draw on their wisdom as the Society grows.
